  • Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

  • Utilize effective communication skills to maintain a professional and friendly demeanor on all calls.

  • Accurately document customer interactions and follow internal procedures and protocols.

  • Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet performance targets and deliver high-quality service.

  • Continuously update knowledge of clients' products, services, and policies to provide accurate information to customers.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in a customer service or call center role is preferred, but not required.

  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

  • Strong problem-solving abilities with a customer-focused approach.

  • Proficient computer skills, including the ability to navigate multiple systems simultaneously.

  • Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision.

  • Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

  • A quiet home office environment with reliable high-speed internet access.

  • Must have access to computer and headset
